What is a Grazing Board?
It’s an edible art arrangement. A grazing experience that invites conversation and celebration around arrangements of food. We're breaking up the monotony of traditional catering, it will leave your guests enamored around the beautiful Grazing Table by Hive.
Charcuterie meats, such as coppa, several other types of salami and prosciutto rosettes decorate the table. A wide selection of fresh fruit, such as grapes and berries, are surrounded by of nuts and chocolate. Centerpieces Of cheese, like wheels of Brie or cheddar, will have people gravitating around the table; stopping only to appreciate the art of the food-made decor. Fresh artisan breads & crackers will be arranged throughout the table along with spreads/preserves.
The Nectar Box
Serve 2-4. Includes 3 charcuterie meats, 3 cheeses, honey/jam, 2 crackers/bread along with the usual accompaniments which may include fresh fruit, olives, nuts, and more. $35
The Hive Board
Serves 4-6. Includes my favorite pairings of 4 meats, 4 cheeses, 3 crackers/bread, and 3 spreads. Delicious accompaniments which may include fresh fruit, dried fruit, olives, nuts, and more. $60
The Swarm Board
Serves 8-10. Includes delicious combinations of 4 meats, 5 cheeses, 4 crackers/bread, 3 spreads. along with the usual accompaniments which may include fresh fruit, dried fruit, olives, nuts, and more. $80
